About Us

The International Education Center, home of services for international students, students interested in studying abroad, and advising for the Fulbright Program.

We invite you to explore our website and contact the staff at IEC with any questions or concerns that you may have. The International Education Center offers support services to those interested in opportunities abroad, assists international students, and promotes intercultural programs. We also make arrangements for protocol and international guests, present foreign speakers, and house an international resources library of catalogs, books, maps, and videos on various options for international study, work, volunteer and internships.

2012 Study Abroad Photo Contest Winners

Shrina Kurani is a Mechanical Engineering major who study abroad at Lund University in Sweden during Fall 2011. This is her winning Cross Cultural photo titled as "Flying in Helsingborg". She is also the winner of our Best in Show.

UCEAP Commits $500K in New Scholarships to Expand Opportunities for UC students

 UCEAP is excited to announce the launch of a new $500K Scholarship Initiative to expand student access to study abroad. They are committing $500K in scholarships for each of the next three years to expand opportunities for UC students from all backgrounds and academic disciplines to study abroad with UCEAP.

Passport Information

take me with you spring break If you plan to travel outside the U.S. this year, get or renew your passport now, and think twice before planning a car trip to Mexico or Canada. As of June 1, 2009, Americans will need to show a passport , a passport card , or other special document to return to the United States by land or sea from Mexico and Canada.
